S15 Corenco Shredder Details

We developed the S15 Corenco shredder for shredding mozzarella and cheddar cheese for the pizza topping industry. The S15 Corenco shredder will shred many products including 5 gallon pails of frozen material, whole wheels of hard cheeses, blocks of wax, whole watermelons and potatoes — imagine the possibilities!

The Corenco shredding method yields the highest capacity at the lowest horsepower of any competitive machine.

S15 Specifications

The S15 can:

Shred whole blocks of soft or hard cheeses, as well as frozen material
Process over 10,000lbs/hr of 1/4″ x 1/8″ x 1-1/2″ oval shreds with single block regulator, and over 20,000lbs/hr with twin block regulators!
Shred to 0.09″, 0.13″, 0.16″, 0.25″, 0.31″, 0.40″, 0.50″, 0.75″ ovals, and other custom shred sizes to suit your needs. Shred lengths from 0.75-7.0″
Stand up to your challenges with a 10hp “dairy duty” gearmotor with a 2.8 service factor (severe duty)
Install quickly with a turn-key package including NEMA 4X (stainless steel enclosure) speed controller wired for 10hp x 208/230/460/3-phase washdown duty service
