Corenco has been manufacturing processing applications equipment since 1981. Our first two mills were an M15 for apple juice and an M6 for soybean processing (tofu and soy milk). Both of these machines are still in use today. These two applications (juice and soy milk) constituted over half of sales through 1990, but our range of offerings, products processed, and clients has expanded greatly since then.
Consider Corenco for processes that include reduction of fibrous roots, soft vegetables, fruits, cooked meats, dry cheeses, nuts and legumes. Our Angle Disintegrators have also been employed grinding whole melons and frozen blocks and drums with the use of a Crusher as a pre-chopper.
In-Line mills are used to finish pumpable liquids such as soup bases and baby food into a uniform puree.
The S15 Shredder is used for reducing soft and hard cheeses, as well as frozen blocks of material.
We grow and thrive by testing new materials. If you have something that we have no data on, please send it to us, along with a target sample, and we will see what we can do for you - CLICK HERE IF YOU WANT US TO TEST FOR FREE
Corenco Disintegrators can be used for reduction of bulk chemicals, ingredients, detergents, and slurries. These applications would include de-agglomerating and pulverizing bulk mineral production such as gypsum, reducing industrial chemicals such as carbon black and dental ceramics, and finishing industrial slurries such as silicon gels. Dry powders can be gathered and separated in a dust collection system, also supplied by Corenco.
Machinery can be built with custom features to reduce “clinging” or of chemical products such as surface coating or treatments, high polish finishes, and wear-resistant features for those of you that have abrasive products.
