Nut Paste: Nut paste is typically produced with nuts that have not been roasted. Depending on the type of nut, the particle size varies as to where granulation stops and paste begins.
Nut Butters: Nut butters are produced with roasted nuts. The roasting process releases the oils inside the nuts creating a nut butter consistency. Although you can coarse grind a roasted nut for granulation, the product often ends up yielding a nut butter or paste.
Granulation: Corenco has a wide variety of screens to offer many different granulation sizes to meet the target specifications. Through the use of rotors, screens, and motor speed, we are able to minimize fines and maximize yield.
